Three Kinds of Food Harmful to Eyes

Several days ago, I shared seven foods good for eyes and six vitamins necessary for eyes. And today, I'd like to share three kinds of food harmful to eyes. OK, let's start reading and make an examination of yourself.👀👀

NO.1 Desserts

Excessive sweets can consume a lot of alkaline substances and vitamin B1 in the body, which can cause vision loss in children and even cause poor eyesight. Excess sugar can cause a reduction in the storage of trace elements of chromium in the body.

Chromium is mainly in coarse grains. If parents do not pay attention to the nutritional mix of food, they will eat chromium in the body for a long time. The result of chromium deficiency can cause changes in blood osmotic pressure, which in turn leads to changes in the osmotic pressure of the lens and aqueous humor of the eye.

When the osmotic pressure of the aqueous humor is lower than the osmotic pressure of the lens, the aqueous humor will enter the lens through the lens capsule, causing the lens to become convex, and the diopter of the eye will increase and myopia will appear.

Therefore, in order to protect the eyes, it is best to eat less dessert foods in peacetime, especially for those who already have myopia, this time should be banned from eating some desserts.

NO.2 Garlic

Garlic has antibacterial and bactericidal effects, and it has a certain preventive effect on many diseases. If it is eaten in moderation, it has a very good effect on the human body.

However, if you eat garlic for a long time, especially for some people with eye diseases and frequent fever, there will be adverse effects.

Therefore, the folks have the saying that "garlic is beneficial and harmless" is wrong. Besides, people who suffer from eye diseases must eat less garlic, onions, onions, ginger, and chili foods. Otherwise, it will affect the treatment effect.

NO.3 Spicy food

If you eat too much spicy food in the excess, you will feel a burning sensation around the eyes, and the blood vessels of the eye will be unclear due to congestion.

If you have the long-term spicy stimulation, jujube inflammation, fundus arteriosclerosis, dry eye and vision loss, etc. will occur in advance.

Thank you for your reading!💓💓
